Experiencing GOD's Presence

 Topic. How you can experience the presence of GOD

Before we start, let us define what is the presence of GOD.

Let us start with presence first.

Presence. The word presence, was gotten from the Hebrew word EDEN. As a matter of fact, Eden means presence. The world  assume Eden to be a place man first stayed. Which is actually called, the Garden of Eden. If we should rephrase this word in the real meaning format, we will say, The Garden of The presence of GOD. Please note; the Hebrew meaning for Eden has five strokes, which are.

1. Spot

2. Moment

3. Presence

4. Open door

5. Delightful.

I am not making this up. So please understand this, if you understand this thing today, it will change your fellowship with GOD. So we could say that the meaning of Eden is The *SPOT* of the Earth was the *PRESENCE* of GOD was a *OPEN DOOR* to heaven a *DELIGHTFUL* place. That why Adam did not fast or pray, in fact there were no altar (churchs), in essence The first place GOD put man was his __PRESENCE_ . It is an atmosphere GOD created  for man to live in, that why GOD did not allow man to find Eden, instead he put him in his presence. So what am trying to tell you now is that when you create the Eden around you, HE will be with you. Let take a look at a popular principle of how we can get HIS PRESENCE around us. Psalm 91 vs 1  says He who dwells in the secret place of the most HIGH shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. Signorina untill we find a secret place, a Eden to communicate with FATHER effectively before many things are reveal to us, until we create a atmosphere of HIM in our Life, before HIS presence never lives us. I know as a young adult staying with your parents, it will not be easy to find a secret place to stay with HIM. My advice to you is to make the Eden you, always make sure HE dwell in the temple HE said you were. "Your body is the temple of the HOLY SPIRIT which must no be defile, this was why after man fall, immediately he ate the fruit, The HOLY SPIRIT, The Spirit of GOD departed from him, man was without the Spirit of GOD although they were people who the spirit of Dwell in, but those people were few, not until JESUS reconcile us back to HIM.

Factors that attracts  HIM to you.

1. You must Fear HIM.

You must always resist evil, as you have heard, "The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, fool despite wisdom and instructions". Fearing the LORD means turning a way from evil, bad things,  sin. By doing this, He will be with you.

2. Purity of The Heart. 

In Mathew 5vs8, HE said, blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see GOD. Signorina, if your heart is ain't pure, HIS PRESENCE will never be around you, if no Righteous and uprightness is found in you, HIS PRESENCE will not be around you, this is the principle he gave. That why HE gave us our manual which is THE BIBLE to function effectively. 

3, You must Deligently seek HIM with all your heart. HE said, if you Deligently seek me, I will be found by you. He said, if you search me with all your heart, I will be found by you. Signorina seeking THE FATHER whole heatedly is just wanting Him, just knowing HIM.

4. Worship. FATHER best is worship. Worship attracts GOD to you, after the fall of man, man worship GOD through offering sacrifice on a altar. Abraham did it, Adam, Moses David, Solomon etc. Why did you think GOD nickname King David a man after His own Heart, this is because David worships GOD. Learn from king David, his life was all about worship, he wrote the largest book of the Bible which is the book of songs. King David created an atmosphere for HIS presence by Constant worshipping. If you ain't a worshipper, HIS PRESENCE will never be around you. GOD  loves. That's why GOD emphasized more on worship. Okay what did you think make GOD and the Israelites have problem. It is worship, anytime GOD what to lament what HIS children has done to HIM to HIS Prophets, HE will say, this people has turned against me, they have bown down and *WORSHIP* other gods. If you want the presence of GOD to be always around you Signorina, cultivate a habit of WORSHIPPING HIM and HE will be with you. GOD is more serious about praise and most especially worship that why HE gave us the 7pillars of Worship which I believe you know by now. Always Worship Him, worship HIM in everything you do. Worship is powerful. It was Worship that make GOD promised Solomon, after the offering of Thousands bulls to HIM. That's why we have the worship team in our churchs. 

Let us take this Philosophy.

When praise from a pure Heart becomes worship, the presence of the Lord is found.

The easiest and wonderful cure for anger is Worship. When you get angry just play a gospel song you love, you will see it will go.

5. Righteous.

You must be Righteous if you want the presence of GOD around you. Righteousness does not mean begin religious, Righteousness means doing the right thing at the right time, righteousness means no sin is found in you. You can't say you what the presence of GOD and still have list of worldly songs in your phone, you can't say you want the presence of GOD if you're easily angered or keep bad company, misbehave. You won't get it.

6. Meditation.

:This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success. Constant studying and meditation attracts GOD to you. When you start studying and meditating on HIS words (principle), HIS PRESENCE will be around you Signorina, cus HIS word will always be in your mouth.

 The Factor that drives HIS PRESENCE away from you is WICKEDNESS. Let define wickedness. Wickedness to GOD is anything you know is right and you fail to do it. If you Know what is Right and you refuse to it, it is WICKEDNESS. Wickedness to us is known as sin.

Let talk about the evidence of the presence of GOD around you.

1. Joy.

We experience Joy whenever the presence of GOD is around us.

2. Peace. We have peace of mind.

3. Wisdom. We received great wisdom and knowledge in him.

4. Spiritual songs.

We get spiritual songs from the FATHER anytime we dwell with him.

5. Healing. We get healing from GOD in everything we do.

6. Success.

    We experience great success when we are with HIM.
